We will provide email track and trace service for all shipments. All shipments are insured upon delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes due to the high value of the goods and the requirement of a signature.
When ordering outside the EU (European Union) all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties and local custom fees may apply. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and are not the responsibility of Fanny de Ruyter. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that it is not a guarantee since Fanny de Ruyter is still only an independent brand and may need 1-2 days for processing your order. Fanny de Ruyter is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or problems with the post order companies.

In order to process your return correctly, you can inform us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To send your return please follow the below procedure:
Fill out the return form, wrap the items carefully in the original packing and enclose the return form, this way we will know who to refund to. Ship your parcel by any post order company to the following address:

Your money will be refunded by way of the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We will refund you what you paid for your order but not the taxes or delivery charge.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Should you receive an item which has a technical default, please contact us immediately via email email@example.com describing the defaults and adding pictures of the default. All faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After assessment and we classify it as a technical default we will take care of all costs: taxes and delivery costs. Your item will be replaced based on availability. May it occur the item is not available anymore we will inform you by email to sort out the best solution. Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned.
Note the return policy is according to the Dutch law. In case of any dispute, parties shall first try to solve their disputes based a mutual trust. Failing that, any and all disputes between the customer and Fanny de Ruyter, in connection with or related to an agreement or these conditions, shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. Meaning the law of the Netherlands shall govern the relationship between the customer and Fanny de Ruyter.
