Return Policy
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check the website of your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via fannyderuyterofficial@gmail.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
Our Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as truck breakdowns, traffic accidents, significant traffic delays, or severe weather), we will do our best to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time slot or date. We are not responsible for any losses (including loss of income, profit, expected savings, goodwill, or business opportunities, or any damage to your reputation) incurred as a result of a delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If you receive an item with a technical defect, please contact us immediately via info@fannyderuyter.com, describing the issue and including photos of the defect. All defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After evaluating and classifying the technical defect(s), we will cover all associated costs: taxes and delivery charges. Your item will be replaced based on availability. If the item is no longer available, we will inform you by email to find the best solution. Please note that wear and tear of items is not considered a defect and therefore cannot be returned.
Warranty and Repairs
Fanny de Ruyter does not guarantee that the prints used for our products will last through multiple washes, but if the correct washing procedure is followed, the prints should last for at least 5 wash cycles. For your convenience, we have provided this information with each product listed on the website.
While we strive to ensure that your products are in perfect condition, it is possible that you may need a repair. To allow us to investigate, evaluate, and offer the best solution, please send an email to info@fannyderuyter.com with an explanation of the issue, preferably with additional photos.
